I told my mom that I'd like the Logos 6 Feature Crossgrade for Christmas. If she does(she would have to order it through her computer) how would she be able to transfer it to my computer or is there a way to gift it to me?

I had a similar question a couple of years ago and a sales rep told me anytime someone wanted to give me something just have them call sales and they could get it on my account.
Add Feature crossgrade to your wishlist (make it public) and send her the link. Then she can order it as a gift to you.

The wishlist idea is good but there is a problem. It's only set up for the one time purchase and not the monthly purchase plan which she wants to do.
So I contacted customer service and see what they say.
I have been gifted some items from family members is the past, and what is done is that I temporarily add their card to the account. Then call sales and state that you want to order an item using such and such a card. Once the transaction is complete, go into your account settings and remove the card.
In the event that sales is not available at the time, do it online and after the transaction, remove the card.

Just read this. In that case, my suggestion may not work well, as she may or may not want her card held in the system.
