How long for a deleted mobile device to reappear?
When a device has been deleted from the Manage Mobile Devices how long does it take to reappear assuming that downloads are regularly initiated on the device? So far 24 hours have passed! It is a Nexus 7 original version.

Deleted devices will not automatically reappear. If you need a device undeleted, please email me at ddunkin@faithlife.com with the name of the device.

Hi Dave; I have also just run into this issue. I did a factory reload on my Samsung GT-P3113 and when it all of the apps reloaded, each of the Logos Mobile apps appeared in my Logos Desktop (and on the Account webpage) but the Faithlife Study app. I deleted each of the apps from the tablet, removed the device from "manage your devices", and reinstalled each apps. Now the device is not showing up in the Logos Desktop or the account page.
I have one device named Samsung GT-3113-OLD (which is in fact the same device before the factory reset), and that is still there so I can remember which books I have downloaded to the device.

Wow it WAS fast. Sadly although I can see my mobile on my library page it does not seem to be linking with my logos application.
If I download or remove resources from the tablet logos application it is not reflected in the desktop library and similarly if I mark files for downloading or removing from the desktop library this is not reflected in the logos application over a period of 24 hours.
Curiously I also have Noet also on that tablet and that links perfectly within a couple of mins as long as I close and reopen the application.
I have tried with the current stable version and also the current beta.
I really don't think that this is the version causing problems.Any thoughts?

Thanks Erwin. I initially re-installed Logos using the stable version before then trying the beta and neither worked. But??? I will continue on Android Beta for the time being.
