The Logos 6 Ancient Texts and Translations Bundle, XL ought to be a good start (15% off when bought with a base package).
So I run a Genesis-Revelation search under Passage Guide and in the section of Ancient Literature under Old Testament Pseudepigrapha area you get many links like: 3 Enoch 2.4 (3 En. 2.4), Pseudo-Philo 25.5 (Ps-Phil 25.5), Questions of Ezra (A) 29 (Quest.Ezr. (A) 29), Vision of Ezra 38, Apoc. Abraham 8.4, Apoc. Adam 1.2, T. Isaac 3.15-16, T. Jacob 1.13, Ladder of Jacob 1.7, Syr. Menander 44, More Ps David 151A (Heb.) 1, A (Syr.) 1, B (Syr.) 2, etc., and when I click on them I get the message: "no resources in your library contain this reference". The question is what resource(s) should I buy to get this working? I can't find anything similar containing these references in Logos online catalog. Thanks, Martin.
I struggled to find all the references you mentioned, but Questions of Ezra (A) 29 opened to this without problems. Ladder of Jacob 1:7 was also fine.
As a follow up, first check you can access OTP1 using the link above. If you can, but the PG still isn't working, it could be an indexing problem. reindex OTP1 in the command bar should fix that.

The "Ancient Literature" section doesn't use the Library Index; running a "reindex" command won't improve anything.
If I've understood Martin correctly, the problem is not that the references don't appear in the Ancient Literature section, but that when he clicks on the references in Ancient Literature, OTP1 doesn't open. That would suggest a problem either with keylinking, or the .mstindex files, no?
Yes, Mark you're very right! I see those references, but they are dead links (no resource to display) for 3 Enoch, Pseudo-Philo, Questions of Ezra (A), Vision of Ezra, Apoc. Abraham, Apoc. Adam, T. Isaac, T. Jacob, Ladder of Jacob, Syr. Menander, More Ps David, A (Syr.), B (Syr.), and some others. So what should I do next? Call support? Martin.
It works for me, so there must be something wrong with your account or installation.
If you're already reindexed OTP1 and OTP2, I would check your prioritisation (make sure OTP is prioritised, and there's no advanced prioritisation doing strange things). If that's all normal, I think support might be your only option.
Another thought.
Right-click on a reference that doesn't work, make sure the reference is selected on the right-hand side of the menu, and post what you see:

Apoligies: using Logos 6.0a Beta 2 on Windows 7, unable to replicate (since all links work; hovering over a reference link shows pop-up).
Keep Smiling [:)]

Bradley, any workaround? Thanks, Martin.
Please enable logging (https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging) and upload a set of log files.
I don't know about Bradley but I really need to see the logs themselves to get the context and see what I find useful to track down the problem. Do you need instructions on how to upload the logs or is it a data cap issue?
And it's only the logos.log file that's needed. If that file is too huge to upload, just start a new simpler session of Logos (i.e., previous time you shut down Logos, close all windows but the essential ones to reproduce this problem, then restart Logos afresh), do just the thing that fails (and nothing else) and then close Logos, and you'll end up with a much smaller log file to upload. Easy to upload the file. Follow instructions here: https://wiki.logos.com/Uploading_Logs
Martin,
Try this hint for the Ancient Literature section found on this discussion,

Still no luck
No luck what? No luck uploading logs? Can you at least copy/paste a larger section of it?
