I didn't receive any audio-only files. I only have the written notes and the videos.

I received only the two files shown in the image that Bruce posted.
Since the video contains audio, and the text matches that quite closely, I have to assume that the reference to "audio" on the page Jesse posted is a typo. There would be little point storing audio in addition to the video that contains the audio. So, if you were expecting audio, could you consider the picture part to be a bonus?
Yes, he has a well-informed, reliable approach to the NT, and that certainly shows up in this overview of the Johannine lit.
