It was on purpose. I did it some ago before I signed up on the Verbum promo page I listed. I had just assume the credit would show up in our accounts in the store credit balance. I've turn email back on now, though I'm guessing its not going to matter. [:(]
I contacted customer service as you suggested and though I believe the the error/misunderstanding of delivery method was on my end, Alex was very gracious.
