BUG; Share by Email
I thought I had raised this before but could not find the post. So, here goes...
In the iPad app, when one slides up to reveal the "add to Favorites" and "Share" pop-up, when you tap the email option, nothing happens.
The Faithlife option appears for a moment, then disappears.
Twitter and Facebook appear, but I never post to either of those places. I don't use them.
Also, can we have an option to share by iMessage?

Have you configured the email app on your iPad? If not, email and Faithlife sharing won't work.

If you mean the built-in Apple Mail app, yes.
Okay, that is odd. I decided to try it on my iPhone 5 and it worked. But, it doesn't work on my iPad Air. I will try the mini when I get home.

I don't know of any plans to add that feature but will write up a suggestion case for the dev team.

I am having the same problem. I have been using Logos for several years and my email is setup on my IPAD. I just noticed this recently and can no longer use the share option to send email or post to Facebook. Please assist. Thanks, God bless you.

What version of the app? How long has it been installed?
Have you tried doing a full restart of the device?
Do you have many downloaded resources? If not, trying to reinstall the app might be worth trying.

I did a full device restart, removed and reinstalled both Logos and Faithlife apps and share function still does not work. I have two iPads and not working on either. Was there a recent software update?

While in Logos, swipe up to get screen menu. Click share, then click email to get access to email to send. This used to work fine. It currently works on my iPhone but not my iPads. Currently using Comcast on both iPad and iPhone

I was just able to reproduce this issue, I'll write up a case for the Dev team... thanks for the report.

I have the same issue and also reported it. I don't have time to skype with support to help solve it though.

I spoke to someone at Logos tech support several weeks ago. This appears to be an issue with the software not being updated when the latest Apple IOS update and they are working to resolve. It does not appear to have been fixed at this point in time.

I am having the same issue with Twitter share. Works fine on my iPhone and was working great last Sunday on my iPad, but Twitter share is no longer working on my iPad this week.

This is fixed in version 4.4.1, now available at the Apple Store.
