Greek Audio not following

I am listening to Nestle Aland Greek New Testament 28 edi. and the blue indicator is not following the words. I expected that it would follow each word like the ESV and Lexham.

I also reported this issue, and likewise received no acknowledgement from Faithlife.

That's unusual in my experience. Presumably they were overwhelmed with the Logos 6 release, and then with the server issues. We can still hope to receive an acknowledgement of the problem, at least creating an issue for it. It's not difficult to reproduce.

That's unusual in my experience. Presumably they were overwhelmed with the Logos 6 release, and then with the server issues. We can still hope to receive an acknowledgement of the problem, at least creating an issue for it. It's not difficult to reproduce.

The behaviour of Greek read aloud when launched in a stand alone floating window with NA27 is even weirder. The grey read along ball either bounces dementedly around the top of the window or sits dejectedly at the side of the text flashing on an off.
