Can't do word look up or exegetical study on iPhone and iPad

Is anyone else having issues doing word lookup or exegetical studies? Whenever I try to do this on my IPhone or iPad the systems times out.

I'm having issues again on both iPad and iPhone. Can't do any exegetical or passage lookups. is anyone else experiencing this?
