Can't do word look up or exegetical study on iPhone and iPad

Is anyone else having issues doing word lookup or exegetical studies? Whenever I try to do this on my IPhone or iPad the systems times out.

My exegetical guide timed out, but I successfully opened a passage guide.

Guides all work for me, other than the exegetical guide.
