Can you reproduce this in other resources? So we can verify, which resource and section is this quote found?
I tried creating a quotes style, adding quotation marks before and after the selection and making the selected type become italicized, but no highlighting. It seems to work for me. I am using the latest beta version, but I doubt that accounts for my success.
BTW: this is a great highlight to have available. Never would have thought of it. Appreciated.

I've been re-tagging all of my clippings to be able to search them better.
Thanks Toughski. I either don't own the resource, or it is one of the ones I just deleted (I am troubleshooting something in beta). Hopefully someone else will be able to verify.

I have pushed a fix internally. It should be in the first beta for 6.0b.
Also, it's worth mentioning that this bug is only in the _display_ of the note. Rest assured that your note is properly attached to the full selection you made previously.
