BUG in New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology and Exegesis, Vol 1-5

Hello,

Just wanted to report a bug (still not 100% sure on the correct forum to do that in.)

In the table of contents, the second to the last entry is “Greek Word Index.” When I click on this entry, instead of taking me to the Greek Word Index, it takes me to the one directly above it – the Hebrew and Aramaic Word Index.

See this link: logosres:nidnttrev;art=idx7 and then click on the "Greek Word Index" in the TOC.

It's actually a little weirder than that. Where it links to is dependent on the link you click on first. Sometimes it goes to the correct place, sometimes it goes to "Hebrew and Aramaic Word Index". ???? But it always seems to be the case that clicking the TOC entry for "Hebrew and Aramaic Word Index" causes the confusion.

You're right Randy. I hadn't realized that before. It seems that if you start at the Hebrew and Aramaic Word Index and then click on Greek Word Index, that's when it only moves down a few lines, but if you start higher up in a random word entry, than in goes to the correct place. Would you agree with that?

The link for "Greek Word Index" seems to work fine until you click on "Hebrew and Aramaic Word Index". After you click on the link for Hebrew index, selecting the Greek Index doesn't work. Even after clicking on some of the other TOC entries before clicking again on the Greek Index. Other times clicking other TOC entries before the Greek Index will clear it up.

I found a Scripture link error in the entry for "above" anwthen and reported it in typos
