Resources won't open in iPad app ...
Is anyone else having this problem? I noticed it last night, but quickly put down the iPad and didn't worry about it. The problem is persisting today ... I just downloaded the app update the other day -- is there a bug with it?

Hi Jim! What iOS are you running? I've got iPad Air running iOS 8 and it is fine. But my iPod which is running iOS6 is giving similar trouble. I came on the forums this evening to see if anyone else was having problems. I freshly downloaded the app in the last couple of weeks but it freezes every time I try to open anything and eventually crashes. I uninstalled it today but tried to run the FaithLife app which was also installed and only had a [literal] few books installed. But it too is freezing and crashing. I was wondering if iOS6 is no longer capable of handling the app?

I've been having this problem too after I installed the latest update (4.4.0) on my iPad (iOS 8.1.1). Everything works fine when I have WiFi, but when I don't I experience the following problems:
1. I'm unable to open many books that are shown as downloaded.
2. Some books that I can open, stop scrolling after a few pages so that I can't read beyond a certain page.
3. I can't read footnotes (comes up with message saying "Not available").
4. I can't read Bible references (again, shows "Not available" message).
I'm not sure what's causing these problems. I'm running at very close to a full memory (750 Mb available out of 32 Gb) -- I don't know if that is an issue.
Anyone else having these problems?

There was another report yesterday - https://community.logos.com/forums/t/97450.aspx
I don't think I've seen any explanation yet as to why this is happening.

Thanks, Graham, for pointing me to that thread.
