Problems with 4.4.6
- Description – How were you using the app when the problem occurred:
Trying to use MacArthur Study Bible NASB and ESV together. Spinning circle. When using in separate panes, sometimes the text in one pane gets very big and then goes no normal size. Pages won't turn. Freezing. Also, Exegetical Guide does not work at all. Spinning circle. Tried clearing cache, clearing data, deleting app and reinstalling with same results. Same results when online and offline.

I'm not able to reproduce any of these issues (except, the Exegetical Guide requires a network connection). Please send us your Support Info logs from the Help menu.

Your logs show dozens of network errors stating "No connected network" and "no network connectivity." Without a solid network connection problems can occur.
If you download the MacAuthur Study Bible locally and then go into Airplane mode does the issue go away?

I am offline most of the time when I am away from home and not connected to the Internet unless I am tethering and that is rare. I am using it now with wi-fi off and the resource (MSB) downloaded and I just got a message saying "network not connected, please try again" plus the spinning circle. It is as if the program is trying to go out to the web and get some information and just hangs. Eventually, the resource loads after about 20 seconds of spinning circle. One the resource loads (after the 20 seconds) does it behave as expected and can it be navigated properly?

I'm able to reproduce what you're seeing and we have a theory about why it might be happening with this (and possibly other) resources. I'll write up a case.

The issue might be related to the format this particular resource was created in (we're not sure yet).

The issue with the MacAurthur Study Bible is related to articles that are too large in size for the mobile apps, which results in really slowing down the resource. We are aware of the issue and are researching a fix.
