I have it in my library, not sure when it shipped.
You might want to email customer service and ask them about it.
That has happened to me on a couple of occasions. A call or email to Customer Service took care of it. In one case it was because they had attempted to charge my credit card but I'd forgotten to update the expiration date so the transaction didn't go through, and instead of retrying it a few days later, they just let it sit there until I noticed it hadn't ever been processed. With as many customers as they have, you can understand why they might once in a blue moon let something like this fall through the cracks.
