Updates no longer install for iPad Air
Dear Logos support,
Thank you for your fabulous support in your software ministry.
I have a problem where for the last week, everyday, the same updates keep showing up on the iPad Air 128 GB with the latest Apple iOS with 32 GB free/empty.
The Updates listed available are
English Standard Version
Faithlife Study Bible
The Lexham Bible Dictionary
The Lexham English Septuagint
Lexham Theological Workbook
When tapping on the blue "i" circle by each update available, NOTHING HAPPENS!!!
When tapping on "Update All" a pro forma downloading resource in progress is shown where the numbers go from 5 to 0 with a short time, too short to actually download the large ebooks files passes.
The next time I reboot or quit the Logos applications Logos, Vyrso or Faithlife the exact same UPDATES available show up day after day for the last week.
I have a WiFi 12 Mps download connection.

I believe that a fresh install would take care of the issue, but it would be helpful if you sent us your Support Info first. Please navigate to the Help menu and tap Send Support Info - this will send us log information that might help us determine what is going on.

Please try this - go to the Apple Store and install the Verbum app, and login using your account. Does the update/download issue still occur?

Version 4.4.1 of the apps have released; please upgrade the apps and let us know if the problem still occurs.

Since the update last night my iPad air has stopped trying to process the same download of the ESV day after day. Thank you for fixing this!
