I purchased an L6 update to a base package I'd owned already. It took clicking five buttons and making a radio button selection to get through the purchase process. That is over the top, don't you think?
1. Add to cart
2. Proceed
3. Check out
4. Defaults to payment plan (argh! how many times do I have to teach it that I never choose payment plans), so I have to change that
5. Then click Next
6. Finally "Place order"
Couldn't you please try to bring it down to two or three steps from six?
