Is the Dell (Network) printer attached to another computer or directly to your Router. Do you access the printer via Wifi?

I am on wifi to the printer. It does work, however, with any other computer use (ie. Word).

I suggest you contact Tech support as they can diagnose the issue directly on your computer.
