When I search in "All text" in "all resources" for any words (even Jesus, faith etc) it gives me "0" result. I have the platinum package. ANy suggestions?

Can you enable diagnostic logging as per https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging, restart Logos, run a search, stop Logos and upload the logs?
Also can you post a screenshot of your search as per https://wiki.logos.com/Screenshot
I tried the Log thing (starting with the cmd/ctr key until login) - I tried both. But I cannot find the log file. The website says it should be under the documents folder. But there is none. Any suggestions?

As you are running on Mac try using the logging utility available at https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/report-problem

Bible search works fine.

I can't see anything in them to explain what is happening - but, hopefully, people with more expertise than me will be able to.
My best guess is that there is something wrong with your main index and it will need to be recreated but it would be good to get thoughts from others first.
If you do need to recreate the index the command is "rebuild index"
Haven't looked at the logs, but from the description it sounds like the library index is broken (not the bible or PB index), so command rebuild library index should suffice and save the time on the other indexes.
