Reformed Dogmatics e-mail

I am confused. I have had this item on Pre-Pub since the beginning. I have received those portions that have been released. I get an e-mail instructing me to delete my old order and re-order the item. I follow the directions and now Reformed Dogmatics is no longer on my Pre-Pub listing. I thought that it would be on the list with the release date of 12/29 or it would at least still be on the list as under contract. Does the fact that it no longer appears indicated that it is no longer on order? I do not want to lose my Pre-Pub price or order. Perhaps I am just impatient. Or perhaps a just need some "assurance" that I have not lost my reformed perspective.

I have the same problem. I followed the instructions and deleted my previous pre-pub order, even receiving an email from Logos that it was now deleted. But when I tried to order the new pre-pub, Logos wouldn't let me, saying that I already have that order on pre-pub. Yet it is no longer on my pre-pub list. I've tried refreshing, just in case, but it's still not there. Can Logos get this fixed for us? I don't want to lose the pre-pub price on Vos either.

I too received that email. Fortunately, I followed the "order the new Pre-Pub" link in the email before I followed the one to delete my old pre-pub order. I found that the Pre-order button was gray, which told me I had already ordered the new version of that pre-pub. So I deleted the email from Logos and didn't think any further about it. I guess the email was in error to everyone (or at least some subset of users), and you shouldn't have deleted your existing pre-pub order. I expect Logos/Faithlife will fix this. I will let someone there know to check this thread.

This product is part of Logos 6 Reformed Gold and higher. If you have one of those base packages this might explain why you can't order it again.

This product is part of Logos 6 Reformed Gold and higher. If you have one of those base packages this might explain why you can't order it again.

That might explain it in my case, because I did buy L6 Reformed Portfolio. But Phil explained to me why this would be a problem for others who hadn't done so. "I think the fundamental problem is that you can't place a pre-order for a product you already have unlocked. We unlocked Vos for the first batch of people who pre-ordered to give them a chance to check it out. Regardless of the order of steps, they won't be able to pre-order the new SKU."

Phil ended with "We'll get it sorted out. Thanks for notifying me."

Well how about that! I've actually already got the first two volumes. I never bothered to look for them, as I was waiting for the whole set to become available.
