I see instructions for LOGOS 5 , not 4...
The information near the top of the article should provide what you need to "translate" to Logos 4 specifics
If you are installing Logos 4 to a non-Admin account in Windows XP read this first.Logos 4 folder & file names are prefixed by ‘Logos4’ e.g. \Logos4, Logos4.msi, Logos4.exe.Logos 4 can be installed from Logos4Setup.The default installation path is: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Logos4 or C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Logos4 (Windows XP)
I have found that if I start Logos 4 OFFLINE, and then turn my modem on later, it does not crash. I can have it up for hours. But, if I forget and start it Online, it quickly crashes. Weird, but at least it works.
Believe it or not....
I defragmented my hard drive after trying other things, and for some reason, the defragmenter program placed all of the files in the right place, or at least where Logos could find them, and it now works...
Go figure... LOL
And that was true of BOTH my computer and laptop... Pretty weird, huh???
Oh well, I guess you can't argue with "success"...[:)]
