Updating error.

I'm running an early 2011 15" Macbook Pro, with 10.10.1.

Each time I open Logos 6 I get the notification, "An update is ready to be installed. Click here to install it now. (Recommended)." But when I do the it gives me the error "An error occurred while installing the update. Please try again later." I've tried again dozens of times in the last several weeks. Any ideas?

Sorry for the delay (with finals and Christmas, things got busy). Here is a log file: 2477.LogosLogs.Mike.20141228-084234.zip

I quit all Logos programs (and restarted computer just to make sure). Then I started the Logos Logging Utility and enabled logging. Then I started Logos 6 and clicked on the Update prompt in the banner. Logos then quit itself and Logos Updater started up and then gave me the same warning message again.

The error message is

This could be a permissions error, but a Mac user should provide some advice.

Are you using the same user ID you originally installed Logos 6? If not logon with that id because "Logos Bible Software 6.app" only has write permissions for the owner.
