My library don´t show anything

Hi, when I start to use Logos 5, the app open the main menu, with nothing. After that, I click on the "house" icon and the app show me only the news of Logos, in the Bible section says: "Pick your favorite Bible", and show "more"; when I click on it, there´s no Bible in my computer. In the section of Tools--Collections, nothing appears.

The problem was started some day when I, being in a hurry, I canceled the actualization, and since two months I have nothing in my library. I tried to download the resources, make a combination keyboard for the app to restart the download, but nothing happened. I need this app to prepare the preachings in the youth services in my church. But I haven´t resources! Thank you so much

welcome to the forums. Are you running Mac or PC?

1. Make sure that you are logged in with the same id that you purchased the resources under. On a PC holding down CNTRL while you start L5 brings up the login menu if you normally login automatically.

2. Enter "update now" in the command box at the top center. It should tell you when it is done looking - either it will try to download resources or say that there are none to download.

3. If that didn't work try with "update resources" which will take considerably longer.

4. Still do luck? You probably have a corrupt database. Upload log files and someone will tell you what file(s) to delete.

I did enter the login info, but was correctly. When I entered the words in the box: "update now" and "update database", it say me: no results in the library, and it do nothing.

I have a Mac, have the Logos Logging Utility, but I don´t know how to use that.

And the last week I´ve encountered a new problem. In my Logos web account, in the section of Library, I haven´t registered nothing, like if I was deleted mi info and libraries, the lists have no resources. But, I never have come to the web account after download. All the problem surely occurred in the software. I haven´t had the resource to use since 6 months.

I hope to solve that.

Hi David

From what you are describing - and particularly not seeing any resources at biblia - it sounds as though you are either using a different account from the one you used when you purchased the resources or something has gone wrong with the account.
