There isn't a "force sync" capability although it has been requested previously.
What sort of things are you waiting for (new resources, notes, reading plans???) - and roughly what length of time are you waiting?

I'm looking for a resource that I just purchased. I'm trying a reboot now. I'm glad that feature has been requested already. I'll look for a User Voice entry for it.

I just bought the resource. It's been about 10 minutes now.
