Visual Copy help needed

I want to make a series of slides based on a passage - Rev. 3:7-13 for instance. I want one verse per slide. When I open Visual Copy, I can choose from the template options. I found one I like pretty far down the list of options, inserted the reference in the options box and it looks great.

When I enter the next verse in the reference box (upper left-hand corner), Visual Copy refreshes with the verse on the default background. Now I have to scroll down the list again to find the background I wanted.

Is there a way to avoid all this scrolling? Did I miss a feature or is this just the way it is? What I'm after is a way to build a set of slides based on the passage that have the same background consistently without having to redo the steps over and over.

Given the goal of having one verse per slide I do not believe there is a way to avoid doing it as you have described.

Pity. This seems like a feature improvement that should be suggested. I don't use Visual Copy myself, but I can imagine how frustrating it would be to have to scroll down every time to find your favorite backgrounds. Perhaps Logos could have a "Favorites" section of backgrounds up at the top, and you should be able to right click on any background to add it to the Favorites section.

I hope they eventually add a default theme feature while still providing the ability to select from a variety of themes

I hope they add our personal favourites at the top of the list (or even 'last used').

I use black text on white background then use a black border to frame it on my sermon series themed background in PowerPoint. I don't see that changing anytime soon for me. Unfortunately, even though I use the simplest of templates it is located at the bottom of the list.

Thank you, Bob. I found a neat template and when I went back to use it the next time, it was't available. Tagging templates as favorites or having the option to download selected templates (for easy access, repeated use in a series and off-line use) would be wonderful.

I would like to be able to highlight a whole passage and have an option to format X number of verses per slide. My dream would be to have Visual Copy create a whole series of slide that I can then export to Power Point or Proclaim.
