Can someone tell me why Faithlife/Logos does not know the books that I own in my Library? I continually find titles listed on the Faithlife webpage that available to purchase that I already own.

Is it reasonable to think that this could have a impact on dynamic pricing?

Is there any way to improve the accuracy of the Faithlife records of what I actually own in my library?

I would contact Faithlife after the new year. If it is somewhat of an emergency, I would contact them on Monday (USA time/date).

Could you give us some examples in this thread? Are you sure that you are capable of adding these titles to your shopping cart? It is also possible that some of them are different editions, translations, etc.
