Can't Edit a Shared Reading Plan? Really?

Creating custom reading plans in L6 is slow and a pain in the neck. But I guess I shouldn't complain, since at least we can do something in that regard.
So I started a shared reading plan for a FB group on reading Calvin's Institutes in a year. After about a half-hour's work, I accidentally hit 'Done' instead of 'Post'.
Now, I can't find any way to get back into the creation mode. When I make reading plans for myself, this is obvious. Either I'm missing it with the shared plan, or it's not possible. If it is the latter, I want my money back!
So is it possible, and if so, how?

Hi MJ
Your example is for a private plan not a shared one

Martha,
your picture does not show a collaborative / group Reading Plan ("by myself") - I see the same a Doc in a plan I shared with Logos Users Germany, which is bad since I created only two of the twelve months of 2015.

I also have noted once a plan is shared you can't edit the plan. Possibly to avoid issues with version control. My thought is changes to a shared document do not automatically sync to each connected users account. Whatever the problem I do hope a solution is found.

Here's what I found as a stopgap when creating the document: Don't change 'by myself' to a group name until the very last thing before you click 'Done'. That way, if you mess up, you can get back in and edit.
Otherwise, unless a secret solution is found, you have to scrap your work and start over.

okay I shared with collaboration and I get
which is why at the bottom of the original post I asked if he'd checked the permissions in documents ... sometimes I am too brief especially when I'm seeking more info.

weird. I just joined your plan and it seems I can edit it as well. Maybe that's a bug in the implementation of custom reading plans Doc B and myself are using?
Edit: I can only edit the bible version used, though. Maybe that's editing only my private instance of the plan, not the plan itself?

I afraid we've reached the end of my knowledge - I'd have to take some time to play with it to figure out the bug ... but I'm hot on the trail of a different bug.

I hadn't yet seen this thread when I posted a related complaint/suggestion: I would like to be able to edit the start date of a reading plan that someone else has shared with me, because they might have already started the book and I might be coming along late to the game, or I might want to get started on it earlier when they're planning to start in the future. But it appears you cannot. This seems to be an arbitrary restriction. It should change just my starting date for that RP, and keep track of that along with my synced user data somehow, but not change it in the collaborated version of the RP up on the servers. I am fine with the original only being able to be edited by the person who created it (but I guess from this thread it appears that even that is sometimes not working).
