Any commitment to Logos Flashcards app or shall I just forget about it???
Hi,
I wrote a post about 2 weeks ago with a question regarding the Logos Flashcards app, see here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/98236.aspx
I didn't get any response and cannot use the app anymore, which is a pity, I liked using it even if it wasn't perfect yet. I'm just wondering if I'm the only one having this problem and in general if there is any commitment to make this app work better.
I'm noticing new Faithlife apps coming out, but I wonder if Faithlife shouldn't try to concentrate on developing the ones that are out there longer... it is a bit of a disappointment if an app is introduced and then seemingly abandoned. At least it seems there hasn't been any work done on it since its introduction.
Would appreciate some response so that I know if I should just uninstall and forget about it, or can expect some help and development of the app.

Daniel, I'm sorry you didn't get any answer. The forums are users helping users with only some posts being read by Logos staff. Since no fellow user apparently felt they could answer your question, I'd suggest you contact customer service and see if they can help. Unfortunately, I don't use the app so I can't really help.

Daniel, I don't use the app either so I can only echo what MJ has said, I do agree with you that the app should have continuing support from Faithlife.

Hi, thanks for your quick response, appreciate it! Yes, I should probably know that this is a user forum, I thought Logos staff would keep an eye out for problems mentioned on the forum so that's why I posed it like that. I'll contact customer service, thanks again!
