Reading Plan Sync Problem
I have an iPhone 5s and an iPad 3rd generation both running ios 8.1.2. I am using Logos 5, but not the full version. I created a reading plan on my PC. It syncs to the iPhone just fine. It does NOT sync to the iPad. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks.

Have you checked if the plan is visible in the Documents menu of the app on your iPad?0

I just checked and it is there. I am using the King James Version. Let me clarify something. The daily readings appear in the bible itself. It does not appear on the home page unless i uninstall the app and reinstall it. Then if I close the app and reopen it, the reading plan disappears from the home page. Yet it still appears in the bible itself.
One added note. - the icon on the iphone is blue with what I believe is yellow/gold text. On the ipad and the PC, the icon is burgundy with a crown and gold letters.

No. My reading plans are not listed. I had to reinstall the app on the iphone and now it is having the same problem as the ipad. I went to an earlier version of the app on the ipad but it was still the same. I know how to work around it, but it is awkward. This appears to have started after I created a new reading plan.

I just created a new basic reading plan. It immediately appeared under documents on both devices. I can follow them in the bible. They simply do not appear on the home page under Today's Readings nor do they appear under Bible Reading Plan so I can add them to Today's Readings.

I actually saw something similar a long time ago - https://community.logos.com/forums/t/61329.aspx (which was clearly with a much earlier version of the app). It would be interesting to see if the reading plan appears on the homepage if you wait a while.
What timezone are you in? I sometimes see disconnects between things which I think may be due to timezone differences between where I am (in the UK) and Bellingham.

What version of the app are you running on the iPad? Also, exactly what kind of reading plan is it - a basic "read every day" plan of the entire Bible, or are there days missing, etc.?

Thanks for all of your replies. I live in the United States, eastern time zone. It never reappears. I never had this problem with a Bible reading plan that I created almost a year ago. It surfaced when I tried to create a new reading plan this year.
This morning I deleted then reinstalled the app on the iPad. The reading plan appears on the home page. As you probably know, on apple devices, if you swipe up you can close an app. If I close the Logos app and then reopen it, the reading plan no longer appears on the home page. It will not be listed where I can add it back.
I am running the latest version of the app. I have tried this with a Bible reading plan that started in the middle of a book. I have tried this with a basic "read every day" plan of the entire Bible. I have tried this with earlier version of the app.
Aside from the reading plan not appearing on the home page, everything else is perfect. When I read a passage and mark it read, everything syncs on the PC, the iPhone and the iPad just as it should.
My solution is to keep the app open; that is, never swipe up and close it.

One added note: Both of my reading plans (one from last year and one I created this year) are designed to skip either one or two days a week.

This issue appears to be something specific with your account, I've written up a case.

Kevin,
I am having the same problem with syncing my Bible Reading Plan. I use a custom plan that I created on my MacBook Pro. I want it to sync with my iPhone 6 plus and my iPad mini so that my reading plan is on the Home "page" of each device. Last year it worked. This year it doesn't.
Noticed something else where my documents are not synced either. There are many more documents on my laptop than on my mobile devices.
I am not doing something right?
Help...[:$]

I use a custom plan that I created on my MacBook Pro.
The new "custom plans" are not currently available for mobile, and are "L6 only" at present.
Noticed something else where my documents are not synced either. There are many more documents on my laptop than on my mobile devices.
Are these reading plan documents? Something else? Documents with matching mobile features should appear on mobile... documents with non matching features will not. If you have documents which should appear but are not, please create a new thread and explain the issue clearly.

In addition to the problem I mentioned above, the "Loading Library Data" never goes away. However, I just discovered that I do not have the same problems with the Vyrso app. My conclusion is that there is some type of coding difference between the apps that make one work perfectly and the other one have problems. I have submitted some files to Logos tech support. I will contact them again to give them this additional information.
