footnotes and citations

I am having some difficulty copying and pasting into pages for Mac. When I copy from a resource and pasted into Microsoft Word, I can see the footnote at the bottom of the page. However, when I paste the copied into pages for Mac, the footnote or citation does not appear. Does anyone else experienced this same problem? Thanks in advance.

I am having the exact same problem. Until I read your post I only assumed that the footnote would not appear in Word because I couldn't see it in the clipboard contents in Finder. I tried it in Word and the footnote appeared as you described. I've used Pages almost exclusively for over a year and thought it always worked fine in Pages under Logos 5. I would like to know if there is a remedy to this as well.
