Since updating to Logos 6 for Mac my laptop is shutting down every 5 minutes or so making it impossible to work. This occurs even when Logos is not open. The error report says "kernel task error." How can I fix this?
Hi Jackie:
You probably should post this in the Logos 6 forum rather than here in Logos 5. Also, you state you're receiving a "kernel task error", however, are you possibly referring to a "kernel panic error"? A kernel panic is where your Mac will shut down and display a statement about rebooting in many different languages. Kernel panic errors are generally caused by hardware problems although they can be caused by software.

Yes, I believe you are right. I was receiving Kernae task errors with Logos 5 but that seemed to be resolved upon upgrading my operating system. this report is reading panic error. I will look for the Logos 6 forum.
Thank you,
Jackie
