Since updating to Logos 6 for Mac my laptop is shutting down every 5 minutes or so making it impossible to work. This occurs even when Logos is not open. The error report says "kernel panic" error. How can I fix this?
I think you will probably need to have a phone conversation with Apple and/or Logos. Is the indexer running? Can you grab logs per the instructions in my signature line?
Thank you, Alabama24. Your signature line isn't showing.

Also, the Log Utility keeps crashing.
Thanks, Jackie
Kernel panic is pretty scary. It could be something internal on your computer, but I've seen it happen from external devices. Macs are picky. If you have an external drive, mouse, or other device, you might want to disconnect them and see if it solves your problem.
My only external device is a USB modem. I work in Asia and that is my internet access.
Interestingly, I have been on my laptop for about an hour this morning with no crash yet.
