Does anyone know how I may contact Bob Pritchett, specifically by email? I'm sure he gets tons of emails daily, so does he actually read them. I emailed Dale a couple of weeks ago and have gotten no reply.

Also, Bob has stated that if you call Customer Service, and can not find satisfaction, all you need do is ask and they will connect you directly to him.

No apology necessary. From what he has said (and from my personal experience) his staff is so well trained, and capable, that the calls almost never get to him.

It is most certainly a bad thing. It was a mega church. Lets just say there is not much chance of me ever being asked to pastor such a church!
I've emailed Bob on two occassions and he has responded both times.
