How to define collections in iPad
I cannot see the option to define collections on iPad... no need to search everything... please help.

Collections are created within the desktop app (L4/L5/L6).

Collections are defined via the desktop, but can we search for a collection in the library on the iPad?

You can search in a collection on the iPad. The menu under the search field on the search screen contains all your collections defined on the desktop. Or did you mean something different?

That is helpful, Todd. I had not tapped on "entire library" (the default, I think) to see that other views are available.
This is not, however, exactly what I'd like to see. For camp this summer I have a list of resources for the Bible study prep for the 2015 camp. Using the Search option I can look for content within the books I've put there, but I'd like to be able to bring up the list of books I have there to quickly find the book on, for example, Revelation that I have placed in that collection without having to recall the title or even author for a library search.

The mobile app isnt intended to be a replacement for the desktop app, and not all features are available on mobile. There is a potential work around, however. If you add a tag to all of the resources in a given collection (i.e. "camp2015"), you can filter your library against that tag by using the syntax mytag:camp2015

Excellent point, David.
Logos has historically struggled with users that have books. For years, their 'tagging' was elementary. Some tools on the desktop are collection only; some, tags and collections.
Even today, with massive new searches, they don't group search results by collection or tagging. In the desktop library, there's no grouping by collection but there is by tagging. You can filter by both however, unlike the mobiles.
And it's hard to really track their struggles. They seem to copy a lot of Kindle features. But collections support seems to be over-whelming for them.

I agree that a collection filter for the library view would be ideal.

I would really enjoy the ability to sort by, and create collections (and also tag books) from my ipad.
My desktop is not always convenient, and after a day of classes, sometimes thats the last place I want to sit.L2 lvl4 (...) WORDsearch, all the way through L10,
