They really have a lot that would be appropriate. I had no idea until I started searching.
Not that I am against "Black History". But were is the "White, Italian, Asian, and so on all American's" I just don't want to see Political Issues here on Logos Forum.
Black History month does not need to be political --> it is studied musically, rhetorically, theologically ... and yes, I pushed the Black History month devotional a week or two back ... and yes, I push advocacy criticism as in the Dahlit commentary, The Asian Bible Commentary, the African Bible Commentary ... I've even gone so far as to push Apostolic Lutheran resources (basically a Swedish/Finnish (Suomi)/Laplander (Sami) group) ....and I dislike politics.
and so on all American's
Ahem.
I disagree. I think the study of theology is an immensely political act. But we're not meant to discuss politics here, so instead, I'm just going to echo MJ here and say that I would very much welcome all of the above bible commentaries and request their inclusion in Logos.
Rosie, thank you so much for that list! It's brilliant. I wish there were a place for lists like these so that they didn't get lost in the forum. I'm now about to expand my wishlist! I would also suggest adding the following from Logos:

There is quite a lot in pre-pub too.

Some get made into Reading Lists for that purpose.

I would make it into a Reading List myself, but I haven't read any of them, so I hesitate to recommend them. I merely did searches on Logos.com and Vyrso.com for "black" and for "African American" and pored through the results looking for relevant ones.
Ooh. Excellent idea. Except, that, like Rosie, I've not read any of them yet. I've put most of the Logos ones on my Wishlist, though, so maybe in time I can create a Reading list.

Every blessing

True. I think a Reading list would be better. I've just stuck them all on my wishlist
