Logos 6.0b SR-3 (6.0.2.0079) is available for download.

If you have automatic updates turned on, 6.0b SR-3 will be downloaded automatically the next time your system checks for updates. To install it right away, enter the Update Now command.

Not perfect yet, but as I said, faster than before.

It maybe the popup bubbles that still slow it down, would be nice if there was possibility to turn off popups.

I get an "An error occurred when installing the update, please try again later" message when installing the update. Because it has been downloaded, it happens each time I try again. How can I remove the update and re-download to try again? I'm on the mac version.

Go to the Logos site and look at your order page. There you should find a link to download Logos 6.

Logos doesn't to updates but rather downloads the complete engine each time.

I am not sure this applies to me but from my Logos home page at the top I have a message in yellow that says "An update is ready to be installed" Click here to install now (recommended).

When I click it an installer opens and then I get "error occurred while updating, please try again later. I've been getting this for a couple days now.

As suggested below someone said to go to order page and re-download the update. the only recent order I see is the Logos 6 core engine which I already installed on the 3rd of Feb. Do I need to install that again?

It looks like an installation but it is smart enough to just update you to the latest version.

If so it has been fixed in the latest beta of 6.1 so should be available to all users when that ships to the stable channel

I have this installed (as it automatically updated) and it is now quite slower. I have a MacBook Pro that has 8GB of RAM and this is the only thing running right now and I'm getting the rainbow circle simply trying to scroll through a Bible. It did not happen like this before the update - this is something that needs addressed. Much more sluggish for me since installing.

Mike - Yes - it's not indexing, no downloading...just normal operation and it is very sluggish.
