Accessing my Kindle Logos resources offline
I am delighted with the excellent functionality of the Logos Kindle APP. It seems that all the resources are available on the cloud; however how do I load selected resources for use on the device when no WiFi is available?

- Open the Library panel and find the resources you are interested in
- Tap the circle with an "i" on the right-hand side
- Tap the "Download" button
You can do the same thing from the "Book Info" panel accessible when reading the resource.

So, I had a problem when doing that. I get an error message after I downloadEd the resource that says "An unknown error occurred opening resource - retry". Retry doesn't do anything. This only applies to my Kindle Fire. I dont have the problem with my iPad. I get the same message whether I am steaming or downloading the resource/book (specifically the 3 Thomas Dubay books I bought yesterday).

Hi Cathy - and welcome to the forums.
Sorry to hear you are having problems.
It sounds like the issue might be specific to those resources.
I suggest you start a new thread and provide as many details as possible
