I would open the Atlas tool and search for Babylon - and find a map which contains both Babylon and Jerusalem
Then - on Windows (not sure of the key combination for Mac) - press & hold the Ctrl key, click and drag the mouse from one city to the other and you will get an expanding circle showing distance

I don't think you're asking 'as a crow flies'. In which case, you can't (routing).
But on a map like logosres:db:biblical-places-maps;art=BiblicalWorldRelief , you can hold the control key down (Windows), start your mouse over Babylon, expand the distance circle up the Euphrates to about Haran. Then do the same between Haran and Jerusalem. Then add them together.
EDIT: I notice Graham covered crow-flying (or skud flying, if we remember those days).

Hi John, if you are thinking of the number of miles the Israelite captives took to Babylon, it's about twice the miles of what you see in Graham's example, as they took more of a round about route.

You can open Factbook enter Babylonians and get to a map of the deportations. From that map you can command click and drag to determine the distance from Jerusalem to the various stops and add up the miles/meters to get a better idea of the distance traveled. Here is screenshot of the Factbook entry for reference.

Depending on the prophetic perspective, the answer could be...an arm's length.
