I noticed today when I did a Bible word study, the study opens with definition, translation and word uses in the top panel. The bottom has only, "This report works best with Logos Bible Software. Visit logos.com for more information." Huh?? Very strange. Any ideas?

Thank you.

    I don't see this

Do you have a Logos base package? Are you logged in using that Logos account?

    Good morning, Graham,

Yes, I have had Logos Scholar's Edition since 2002 or so. I currently have Logos 5.

This problem started only yesterday.  I have never had a problem with this issue before.  The Android app lets me open my entire library and syncs with the desktop application.  This happens with Wifi and also when I am on my 4G network, so connectivity is not an issue.  Perhaps I need to log off the Android app. and log back in(?)  I'm not sure how to do this, though, as I am not able to find this as an option in Android.

    Morning Jose

Yes, I have had Logos Scholar's Edition since 2002 or so

This is - I believe - a Logos 3 product. So may not include the reverse interlinear capabilities introduced in Logos 4 and upwards.

    I currently have Logos 5.

With a Logos 5 base package or just the core engine?

This problem started only yesterday.  I have never had a problem with this issue before

This suggests that the questions I asked above aren't relevant but just wanted to get some clarification[:)]

There isn't a log-off option - the only way you can do this is to delete the app and reinstall it and I wouldn't suggest that at the moment.

What you could try is to force quit the app and restart it and see if that changes anything

But as I already noted, I have Logos 5.  It was a crossgrade from version 4, but that should not matter.  The original Scholar's Edition I got was version 3, but as you said, that's not relevant.

As I also stated, I have not had any problems with this issue at all during the time I have used Logos for Android.  The issue started only yesterday.  Forcing the app closed does nothing. I suspect something in the app got corrupted, so I am actually going to uninstall and then reinstall Logos for Android.  I suspect that may do it.

Thank you for your comments, Graham.

The Bible Word Study results come from Faithlife's servers and I expect this is a result of an update - the message can be ignored, and it's unrelated to Logos 5, your account, etc.  I'll notify the server team.

Thanks again, Kevin. It's been working correctly since a few days ago.
