How do I find out the most frequently appearing words, in descending order, within a book (or books e.g. Pentateuch) of the Bible?

You would use a Word List from the Documents menu. Open a word list document, then click “Add” and add the reference (or book).

In Logos Now you can now do this through a concordance function.
