Sympathetic Highlighting in Josephus, Philo, and OT Pseudepigrapha

I just purchased Josephus, Philo, and the OT Pseudepigrapha with Greek Morphology.

I notice that all three of these resources have an option for Sympathetic Highlighting but the corresponding translations that I have (Whiston for Josephus and Charles for Pseudepigrapha) are not reverse interlinears nor do they have sympathetic highlighting options.

I also notice that of the three Apostolic Fathers Greek texts and translations (Lightfoot, Lake, and Holmes), Lake has sympathetic highlighting and a corresponding Reverse Interlinear that works with the sympathetic highlighting.

What are the plans for Sympathetic Highlighting with these texts?

Will Whiston be upgraded to a Reverse Interlinear at some point? Or will their be a new edition that we have to purchase?

Will Charles be upgraded or will the upcoming Charlesworth translation be the one to get if you want a Reverse Interlinear with Sympathetic Highlighting?

What about Philo and Lake and Holmes?

Or is there some present functionality with Sympathetic Highlighting in these texts that I haven't figured out how to access yet?

Josephus, Philo and OT Pseudepigrapha with Greek Morphology all have Sympathetic Highlighting as a Visual Filter option.

However, I have yet to discover how to take advantage of this feature with the currently available English translations of these texts.

My questions . . .

Is there a way to use Sympathetic Highlighting with these texts in their current form? (I am hoping I haven't discovered the right combination.)

If not, does the presence of Sympathetic Highlighting as an option imply the development/improvement of English translations that will utilize Sympathetic Highlighting?

Or is Sympathetic Highlighting just an available option for any morphologically tagged text with no implications for its use with a corresponding English text?

These are great questions, and well worth asking. Hopefully I can help answer them.

At present, there is no word-level linking between the English and Greek of Josephus, Philo or the OT Greek Pseudepigrapha. I believe the Sympathetic Highlighting option comes up because the texts internal data that uniquely identifies each word instance, and this data is a fairly reliable (though not infallible) clue that it could sympathetically highlight with something.

No, the presence of a Sympathetic Highlighting option does not mean that a reverse interlinear is forthcoming. Sure, we'd love to reverse-interlinearize everything that can be reverse-interlinearized. But the presence of the option is not a statement that such a feature is forthcoming. As I recall, Josephus and Philo are each larger (in word-count) than the Septuagint. These would be big (and expensive) projects.

You could say "corresponding text" instead of "corresponding English text". You could highlight the LogosLXX and have the BHS sympathetically highlight. You can highlight NASB and have ESV highlight. You can highlight the NA27 and have UBS4 or even the Logos edition of Westcott & Hort highlight.

I didn't expect sympathetic highlighting when I purchased these texts.

The surprise of its availability as an option is what piqued my interest.
