Isn't Lake's Apostolic Fathers in English supposed to have reverse interlinear to the Greek? Mine does not. My version info is:

I have the same issue info as you.
close your L4
right click L4 icon chose "Open File Location"
open "data/<random>/LicenceManager
rename licences.dat to licences.old
restart L4, and hopefully it will work for you now

The reverse interlinear for Lake's Apostolic Fathers is part of the Platinum (and also Portfolio) collections. There was some confusion early on about whether it was in Gold or Platinum based on conflicting product listings.

And if we purchased The Apostolic Fathers: Greek Texts and English Translations separately should we see this as an interlinear because I do not and have the same resource info.
Probably. Didn't realize that. The conclusion was that the Lake Apostolic Fathers Reverse Interlinear is only included with the Platinum and Portfolio collections.

I believe the license for the reverse interlinear is seperate from the license for the English and Greek of Lake's edition. So just because someone has Lake's Apostolic Fathers doesn't mean they will have the reverse interlinear. The reverse interlinear is part of the Logos4 Platinum and Portfolio collections.
Lake's Apostolic Fathers (Greek & English) has always been in Logos4 Platinum & Portfolio, as I understand. Upon release (Nov 2, 2009) there was an inadvertent error in the initial Gold collection licenses that accidentally included the license for the reverse interlinear. So folks who had Lake AF previous to upgrading, and upgraded to Gold, actually received a license to the reverse interlinear as well and could use it. I believe this discrepancy was clarified in the first week of release (note that nobody who received the license should've lost it, as I understand it).

Also, how do we know what other resources, that might help us decide to upgrade, might be included in the platinum edition because I don't see the apostolic reverse interlinear listed for any edition.

I don't think so. That is the version I purchased and I have no interlinear. So unless this is a bug (or bad licensing data) the reverse interlinear must be a separate product.

I purchased Platinum yesterday but I think I was one of the Gold purchasers to receive the license erroneously.
It does not show up as a separate resource in my library. If you have it, there should be an Interlinear button in Lake's English text that toggles the Interlinear display window.

I think that Rick's answer above is the key on this. Apparently there was confusion regarding this issue when L4 was first released.
They do not intend for the Reverse Interlinear for Lake to be part of the Gold package. That is why you don't currently have this functionality.
Apparently this confusion is still reflected on the upgrade chart because the Gold Package says it includes Apostolic Fathers Morphologically Analyzed but not the Apostolic Fathers texts.

Perhaps Customer Support would still extend the license for the Interlinear to you since their upgrade chart still leads one to believe that their Gold package should include it?
I am at a lost for how to interpret this any other way.

Also, I do not see where it is listed anywhere on the charts. For Platinum or for Portfolio. Since it is not listed, I was also asking if there were any other resources that came with Platinum or Portfolio that were not listed.

I think I understand that you are saying the "The Apostolic Fathers: Greek Texts and English Translations" listed in the L4 upgrade chart is that same product and the "Apostolic Fathers Morphologically Analyzed" is the Reverse Interlinear for that product. Is that what you are saying? If so then the "Apostolic Fathers Morphologically Analyzed" really needs to be changed to the "Apostolic Fathers Reverse Interlinear."
But my primary question still remains. If this is the case, can the reverse interlinear be purchased separate from the Platinum or Portfolio packages?
