Bible Word Study not working

Hey everyone.

I have Logos Bible Software 4 and have been using it for years.

On my iPad app, iPhone app, and on my Logos 4 for Mac, the Bible Word Study function is not working. It is no longer displaying the Greek and Hebrew circles with references. Did I accidentally delete a resource that this was referencing? Can anyone help?

Just to double-check - you are seeing the same thing on your iPad and on the Mac?

Did I accidentally delete a resource that this was referencing?

Is it possible that you are using different logon credentials within the apps?

And are you aware you can upgrade to the Logos 6 core engine for free - details at https://www.logos.com/install - so long as your system / OS is compatible? If there are any software issues here it is unlikely they will get fixed for Logos 4

I called Tech Support today and got the core 6 engine for my mac and I uninstalled and reinstalled the apps. The apps are doing OK. Sometimes they are crashing on the Word Study and sometimes they find the Hebrew/Greek and sometimes they don't.

I like the core 6 upgrade. That seems to be working pretty well but I am still getting "no results" on the Hebrew Words and Greek Words sections. When I click the "settings" word that pops up on that line, it has a blank and says, "Default Bible". It sounds like those items are not pointing to the correct resources?? How do I fix that?

For Word Study not finding Hebrew/Greek, please provide an example. Also, has indexing completed?

Default Bible is your highest prioritized resource that has a Bible index. Logos wiki has => https://wiki.logos.com/Getting_Started_with_Logos#Prioritize_Library
