Is there a way to reset Logos to factory defaults? In other words erase absolutely everything and return to the way it would look if a new customer bought it and installed it without any customizations or content.

There is no Setting to accomplish this for your installation. But you can get very close if you:-
It reset just about everything including Program Settings. With a blank layout showing it re-created only 10 out of over 6700 preferences.
