Go this page to view a short video from Logos on linked panels. Perhaps yours have become unlinked:

(Select the "Linked Panels" video from the video selection).

Peggy, apparently they're supposed to link automatically (without having to watch a video).
Which two resources are you trying to view? And I presume you've already tried other resources in the bottom panel?

Peggy - First, welcome to the forums! [:)]
To link the panels, press and hold the slider button between the two panels (right hand side). You will be able to link the panels then. If this doesn't solve your issue, please provide more details (i.e. resources being used, screen shots, etc.)

No they are not! Not every user wants the panels to be linked, and it is a simple (if a little hidden) method to link them.

You're having a good morning, Alabama. Note that I said 'apparently'.
The reason I used that word, is that the 'video' doesn't explain it. I did like Peggy, trying various iOS techniques, but not the magic one.
Why Logos can't do manuals, is beyond me. I notice OliveTree is the same. But in OliveTree's case, you just touch an icon that indicates 'touch' and it gives you three choices. How heavenly are the designs of good programmers.
But I must complement you ... 'if a little hidden' is a Logos' mantra.
