I get to the home screen, which is blank, and then the whole lot crashes.
Any help appreciated!
Welcome! Sorry for your troubles. [:s]
I took a look at your logs, but they are all greek to me. Have you tried loading to a blank layout? Press and hold the command key immediately upon startup.
A possibly related error just happened to me.
1. Could not log into Logos server on program start, about one hour ago. Tried several times.
2. After that, I could log in, but the layout was blank.
3. I went back to a previous "Application Closed" auto-save layout.
Running Logos 6.1 SR-2 on Win 8.1 x64
Starting to a blank screen should be OK, then try loading a layout. If it crashes call Tech Support.
Can you please upload (as an attachment) the native crash report located at /Users/phil/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/Logos_2015-03-08-202132_Phil.crash?
Hi Martin I don't see the files you indicated. I have a folder named 'Logging', and in here are (amongst other things) two more folders entitled:
Logos_2015-01-15-223151_Phil.crash
Logos_2015-03-05-214709_Phil.crash
Both folders are empty. I don't see a folder with the title you gave. I thought I had uploaded the crash files on my first post - were these corrupted or something?
Ok, I have replicated the crash again and used the Logos Data Logger to get the zip file - attached again.
Hope this one works ok?
Ok, I'm at a complete loss now, and ready to uninstall and reinstall Logos 6 - hoping this will fix the problem.
Any last minute words of wisdom from you techy types before I do that?
I would wait for someone to read the logs if possible. Problems are often caused by a faulty database. There are many separate databases within the program.
[I would just hate to have you spend hours re-installing if one of those files could be quickly switched out and re-built.]

It's connected with loading the home page and CEF, the web browser interface. Beyond that, please call Tech Support for further assistance.
