Update Note files on Ipad

I work on my desktop or laptop adding notes to a note file.  I am at a coffee shop and want to look over my notes that were created at home on my desktop.

The note file is on the ipad but it won't update.  Is there something I am to do to get it to update?

    Notes updates made on your desktop / laptop should sync automatically to your iPad assuming:

    • they are all connected to the Internet
    • you are using the same logon credentials on all of them

    Assuming the above is true then you could try going to the homepage on the iPad (which should force a sync) and see if that helps.

    If that doesn't work, try going to the website "documents.logos.com", log in using your standard Logos credentials and look in the notes files you will see there to see if they have, actually, been updated. Changes made on any of your platforms should be reflected on this site.

    Thanks for the quick reply.  I went to the website "documents.logos.com" found my notes all up to date.

    When I went to the homepage on the Ipad, and clicked document.  It says "loading", the little gear icon is going round and round but it has been over 10 minutes.

    Suggestions.

    Any possibility you have some network issues where you are causing delays in downloading information?

    If not, I hope someone from Faithlife will be able to comment further

    Did you kill the app and restart it? Did you try a full shut down of the device ?
