it isn't a command, but a search filter for the library. You type local:

macOS, iOS & iPadOS |Logs| Install

Thanks for the quick reply.  Is there a place I can access that lists all the different filters, etc.?

Not that I am aware of... You just kind of pick them up. Not very helpful, I know. You can try things like author:stanley or subject:history

I do remember it by why can we not have a little toggle switch to do this automatically  [:@] (red with frustration not mad)..

A little while back Kevin posted this list on another thread:

Before using "Download All" you can first filter the library using the below entries in the Find field (these are documented in Logos Desktop's Help section).  For example, "author:darby" will show the Darby Bible, and in this case "Download All" will only download the filtered results.

    author:
    abbrev:
    epubdate:
    lang:
    mytag:
    pubdate:
    publisher:
    rating:
    subject:
    series:
    title:
    type:

"Sort by Recent" shows resources most recently viewed in the mobile app in descending order.

There's already a case for this.
