Crash

It is becoming annoying that often the android app (samsung Galaxie 3) will not open. So I close it out and reopen the app only to find that all downloaded books cannot open. So then I have to delete each downloaded book and redownload the books. There are times when I do not have a connection to do this and I am without any resources to read, including the Bible. Is this a known bug? Without deleting what I guess are corrupted filed, I cannot redownload and open one of my resources.

Yes. That works. I have been doing it this way for some time now. But if I have 60 resources downloaded for study and I am on a plane or in an area where I cannot do a fresh install of the resources or at least some of them, the app become useless. Is this a known issue? Or is it something that we just have to deal with?

I just sent the support info. It happened to me again today. Downloaded resources would not open offline. When that happens, I need to delete all downloaded resources and when I have internet connection, re download them for offline use. This happens enough now that I am going to install a second app which will give me access to the Bible at least on my android phone
