Commentaries doesn't matter?
James, virtually any technical commentary will do so. On Galatians you could refer to FF Bruce in the NIGTC, Longenecker in Word, or (my favorite) George in the NAC.
The ISBE, Revised has a decent section in the discussion of Galatians on this.
