Poll and set up community supported Windows universal app
Over the past several months I have been following several threads related to the desire for a Windows universal app for Logos. Two things are striking to me: 1) the passion behind Windows tablet/phone users' pleas for Faithlife to develop this kind of app and 2) the lack of any comments whatsoever from Faithlife.
So I have a modest proposal. Rather than speculate whether enough people will be interested in this app (or debate endlessly about market share), why not simply ask them. I get several emails from Faithlife each week related to new products that they are selling as well as resources that are developing for which they seek community support. So why not conduct a targeted survey customers who own Logos/Verbum for PCs and ask them if they would be interested in a lightweight/reader style universal app that would run on desktops, tablets and phones running Windows 8.1/Windows Phone 8.1 and the upcoming Windows 10 which will unify the OS on all platforms. I would also recommend asking them if they would be wiling to contribute some nominal ($5-15) fee to help support development cost. I for one would vote an enthusiastic yes for both!
Let's take this issue out of forum discussions and let the customers have an opportunity to vote on this and then to help make it a reality!
Thanks and God bless!

Bradley, you have made my day!! I just placed my bid and I encourage all Windows users out there to do the same!
P.S. here is my comment from the review section of the Community Pricing page:
I am thrilled that Faithlife is taking this huge step towards creating a high quality Windows universal app! This will not only work on Windows phones but will also work on low cost Windows tablets like the HP Stream 7, WinBook, Lenovo Mix, Asus Vivo tab, etc. as well as larger 2 in 1 tablet/laptop hybrids and even desktops! Why would you want to use a universal app on a 2 in 1, laptop, desktop, etc. when you can just install the full version of Logos? It may be simply because you want access to your library on another computer (for example on your spouse's laptop) but don't need the full 20gb+ desktop version... or maybe you would want it on your Surface Pro 3 for simple reading and highlighting while travelling. The point is this app will work on any Windows 8 device and with the free upgrade to Windows 10 right around the corner even PCs currently on Windows 7 could use this app. So I encourage all Logos/Verbum customers on Windows PCs, tablets and phones to support this effort. This is what we have been waiting for so let's make this happen!
